Our Essential Bike Fit is purposefully designed to help beginner cyclists and commuters optimise their position with comfort in mind. We use our 20 years of cycling experience and bike fitting knowledge to give beginner cyclists and commuters a basic bike fit that will kickstart your cycling journey for comfort and confidene.

This session is all about getting you comfortable, confident, and riding pain-free. We’ll assess and optimise your key contact points—saddle, handlebars, and pedals—and share simple tips to help you get more out of your time on the bike.
All adjustments are made directly on your own bike, so your fit reflects how you actually ride.
Please bring all your normal cycling equipment such as shoes, insoles/orthotics, bibs and jersey, gloves etc.
